Gorakhnath Temple is the important tourist place and important crenter for Nath Yogis. This is also known as yoga sadhna, austerities and enlightenment of Guru Gorakhnath and has significant following in eastern uttar Pradesh.

This is standing on the 52 acres of the land and is located on Gorakhpur-Socauli state highway.



The Taramandal is a state-of-the-art planetarium situated in Gorakhpur. It is a new source of amusement and knowledge to the locals and makes for an unique experience. The planetarium conducts 4 shows of 45 minutes each every day except on Mondays. These shows are an education delight for children and a must see.

Vinod Van is the famous tourist place to visit which is located in Kushmhi forest. It is famous for a zoo where some animals are present like antelopes, rabbits, deer and snakes so it is picnic place also for families and school trips. There are playground and swings also where children can spend good time to enjoy.

It takes 13 minutes to travel from Gorakhpur to Kusumi Vinod Van. Approximate driving distance between Gorakhpur and Kusumi Vinod Van is 11 kms or 6.8 miles or 5.9 nautical miles. Travel time refers to the time taken if the distance is covered by a car.
